MultiEmail is divided into two sections, the "Data Entry" section and the "Message Editor" section. In data entry section you can enter everything that you know about your customer including their name, job title, address, phone number, email address, fax number and so forth. You can then group these contacts into about six different groups located on the left-hand navigation bar.

The "Message Editor" is the portion of the program that creates your bulk email. You can only create your message in plain text instead of HTML and then preview the message by clicking on the tab button. There are not email formatting features and you aren't able to import images into the program.

The reporting section will allow you to view all the messages that have been sent, view subscription and unsubscription requests and the number of returned emails and replies. All this is located in the statistics section of the tools dropdown bar.

MultiEmail is not a product that we would recommend for all your bulk emailing needs. The product interface is busy and it is difficult to create a marketing email if it contains anything other than text.
